About Joanne Verone, DC, LMT

Bio: Joanne M. Verone graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in1966. She has practiced bodywork for over 40 years. She is married to John Verone who is also a licensed massage therapist.

They have three children: Mark, promotional and marketing directorof Orbitz. He is married to Dr. Rachelle Hardy. Their son Andrew lives in Illinois. Their daughter Cathleen is a social worker and director of socialworkers at Elderwood Nursing and Rehab Home. She is married to Joseph Piston, department manager at Valu-Rite Hardware. Steven is a CPA with Deloitte and Touche in Boston, Mass. He is married to Rosalind who is food director for Boston Restaurant Services. They have one son Brayden and live in Mass.

In 1972, Joanne became a licensed massage therapist. She has devotedher life to learning as many different soft tissue techniques that would beless invasive than the typical chiropractic adjustment. She has been very successful in helping both younger and older senoir citizens with ailments from headaches to arthritis.

Joanne has studied under: Ted Looyen---Looyen's method of soft tissue manipulation, Geroge Kulowsi, Aaron Mattes- -- -SportsMassage and stretching. Craniosacral---very gentle especially if you are elderly of pregnant, Neuromuscular Therapy---Paul St. John, Manual Lymph Drainage for Lymphedema----Dr. Lerner in NYC, Myofascial Release.

Joanne often uses a combination of these techniques to benefit the whole person. She uses Young Living Oils by Gary Young in every massage, Aromatherapy, Raindrop Therapy: Lavender for calming and relaxing, Valor to enhance muscles and bones---liquid Chhiropractic, Polarity by Dr. Randolph Stone, D. C., D.O., Magnetic Therapy by Nikken
